The information referred to in paragraph 1 of this section is public, commercial, banking, tax, or other legally protected secrets and other confidential information has a special mode of storage and access. 4. Loss of documents containing state, commercial, banking, tax, or other legally protected secrets and other confidential information disclosure of such information, use it for personal purposes or to third parties punishable under the legislation of the Russian Federation. Article 11.

Basic concepts used in the present Code 1. In this Code the basic concepts used in the following meanings: 1) the goods – any transported through the customs border of movable property, as well as through the customs border referred to the immovables vehicles. Equipment referred to in subparagraph 5 of this paragraph do not apply to goods, 2) Russian goods – goods for customs purposes with the status of being in free circulation the customs territory of the Russian Federation, that is not exported from the customs territory of the Russian Federation the goods wholly produced in the Russian Federation, the goods released for free circulation in customs territory of the Russian Federation, and the goods manufactured in the Russian Federation of goods completely manufactured or released for free circulation in the customs territory of the Russian Federation, 3) foreign goods – goods that are not Russian goods in accordance with paragraph 2 of this paragraph 4), goods under customs control – foreign goods imported into the customs territory of the Russian Federation prior to their release for free circulation, the actual crossing of the customs border when exporting or to their destruction, as well as Russian goods when exported from the customs territory of the Russian Federation to actually cross the customs border, and 5) vehicle – any sea (river) boat (including self-propelled and self-propelled barges and lighters, as well as a hydrofoil), hovercraft, aircraft vessel, vehicle (including trailers and hybrid vehicles), or unit of railway rolling stock, which are used in international shipping for a fee transportation of persons or for a fee or free of industrial or commercial transportation of goods, as well as their staff, spare parts, accessories and equipment contained in their regular tanks of fuel and lubricants and fuel, if they are transported together with the vehicles, and 6) the status of the goods and vehicles for customs purposes – the presence or absence of prohibitions and restrictions on use and disposal of goods and vehicles established by this Code; 7) moving across the customs border of goods and (or) means of transport – the commission of acts of importation into the customs territory of the Russian Federation or exported from the territory of goods and (or) transport vehicles in any way; 8) import of goods and (or) transport vehicles into the customs territory of the Russian Federation – the actual crossing of goods and (or) means of transport the customs border and all subsequent action under this Code with the goods and (or) means of transport before they are released by customs authorities; 9) export of goods and (or) transport vehicles from the customs Russian Federation – filing a customs declaration or performance specified in the second paragraph of this sub-actions directly aimed at the export of goods and (or) transport vehicles, as well as all further action under this Code with the goods and (or) means of transport to the actual crossing of the customs border.
